How to: Check presentation styles using Style Checker.
Solution:
Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Style Checker...'.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Style Checker...'. (The Style Checker dialog box appears.)

2) (Optional) Do one of the following:
a) To turn on the spelling option, select the 'Spelling' check box.
NOTE: If it is already checked, do not re-check it.
b) To turn off the spelling option, clear (uncheck) the 'Spelling' check box.
NOTE: IF it is already cleared, do not re-check it.
3) Click 'Options'. (The Style Checker Options dialog box appears.)

4) Click 'Visual Clarity' tab.
5) (Optional) Type the desired number of lines per title in the 'Number Of Lines per Title Should Not Exceed' box, in the 'Legibility' group. (The Style Checker makes sure all slide titles have no more than the entered number of lines.)

6) (Optional) Make any additional changes desired.
7) Click 'Case and End Punctuation' tab.
8) (Optional) Make any desired changes regarding 'Case' and 'End Punctuation'.
9) Click 'OK'. (The Style Checker dialog box reappears.)
10) Click 'Start'. (The Style Checker dialog box reappears to notify of any inconsistencies.)
